Background and Credentials

Dr. Salimah Shariff has spent most of her life in Texas, and calls Houston her home. Graduating from Clements High School in Sugar Land, she then attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with honors. From there she went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center ant San Antonio, after which she returned to Houston to practice dentistry.

Dr. Shariff understands that going to the dentist can be stressful. She strives to make her patients as comfortable as possible, while also catering to their individual needs, and endeavoring to improve their overall health in the process.

Dr. Shariff is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Greater Houston Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, running, and reading.
